Terms of Use

monthly-hotels.com is a directory and request service for hotel stays of 30 days or more. By using this site you accept these terms.

What this site does

We list hotels that accept monthly stays and pass guest stay requests to hotels. We are an intermediary only. The stay agreement is between you and the hotel. We are not a party to it.

Prices and availability

Prices, terms, and availability come from the hotels and can change. Each hotel page shows the date the hotel confirmed its terms. Nothing on this site guarantees a final price or a free room.

No payments on this site

You do not pay for your stay on this site, and we do not take deposits. All payments for the stay are between you and the hotel.

Your requests

When you send a stay request or a message, you agree that we process your data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you check the box on the form, you agree that we may forward your request to 2-3 similar hotels if your chosen hotel does not answer.

For hotels

We check every listing before it goes live and may decline or remove a listing. Listing is free until December 31, 2026. After that a yearly subscription applies, currently $199 per year. Paid promotion packages are optional. We take no commission on your bookings.

Misuse

We may block requests and accounts that are spam or abuse.
