What we collect

When you send a stay request: your name, email, phone number, check-in date, length of stay, number of guests, pet, budget, and your note. When a hotel registers: hotel name, city, website, contact email, phone, and prices. When you write to us: your name, email, and message. If you sign in: your email address.

How we use it

We pass your stay request to the hotel you chose. If you check the box on the form and the hotel does not answer, we may send your request to 2-3 similar hotels nearby. We use your contact details to reply to you and to run the site.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not publish your requests or your contact details. We do not publish hotel phone numbers or email addresses from our records.

Where the data lives

Data is stored on our hosting provider's servers in the United States.

See or delete your data

Email support@monthly-hotels.com from the address you used and we will show or delete your data within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to run the site, such as keeping you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies. We collect basic anonymous usage statistics.
